QC Concrete Tracker

Trust & Security

Last updated: May 29, 2026

QC Concrete Tracker is operated as closed hosted software for controlled concrete QC workflows. Prospects should review sanitized demo data first, then move to an isolated customer deployment only after terms, billing, setup details, and live checks are ready.

This page is a business template, not legal advice. Review final terms with qualified counsel before relying on them.

Hosted Access Only

Customers buy access to the hosted service. Source code, database schemas, Worker bundles, deployment credentials, and infrastructure ownership are not provided to customers or prospects.

Sanitized Demo First

The public demo is for sales review with sanitized demo-only sample data. Production project data should not be loaded into the demo unless explicitly approved in writing.

Separated Customer Workspaces

Paid customer deployments are provisioned with their own office URL, phone URL, Worker, D1 database, and R2 file bucket before live project use. Demo, production platform, legacy, and customer storage are checked as separate resources.

Activation Gate

A customer deployment is not treated as active until billing is active or trialing, setup details are recorded, isolated storage is configured, and a live office, phone, and storage smoke check passes.

Access Controls

Login is role-based for project managers, administrators, and field users. Users must accept the current Terms and Privacy Policy before account access is completed.

Operations Checks

Launch readiness includes syntax checks, tests, secret scanning, storage-isolation checks, live smoke checks, sanitized demo access checks, and D1/R2 storage health checks before marketing pushes or paid-pilot activation decisions.
